Dyslexic speech?

I was just on the phone with a guy who got a call on his other phone and he said to me "have to put you on second, one hold". Earlier in our conversation he said "I'm going to tell him what I told you" when I'm pretty sure he meant "I'm going to tell you what I told him". Is there such a thing as dyslexic speech?

Hi Dick,

This is Jane's friend Peet. Actually, sometimes my own speech is dyslexic. It happens when I know exactly what I'm going to say, and I have all the words ready in my head, but I'm in such a rush that they just come out jumbled. Or maybe he says these phrases so often that he gave up on thinking while he says them.
